District of Columbia State Athletic Association Track and Field

DCSAA awards State Championship titles in boys’ and girls’ cross-country, boys’ and girls’ soccer, and boys’ football in Division I and II. Commissioned by Mayor Gray and operated under the OSSE Statewide Athletics Office, DCSAA regulations provide unified rules and oversight to member schools regarding student-athlete eligibility. DCSAA governance is provided by an appointed Advisory Board of Interscholastic Athletics as well as a separate, independent DCSAA Appeals Board. DCSAA participants share knowledge and best practices to enhance student-athlete achievement through athletic programming and to provide life quality learning experiences.
